I am multi lingual in speaking languages of technology, business value, change and transformation. A coach, servant leader, facilitator at team, project, program, portfolio and executive level. I bring my whole self to a situation - serving others and their success is where I am most alive.

I bring every aspect of myself to everything I do, aligning people, goals and decisions across all levels. It’s about being the one who binds teams together, gives leaders confidence, and show new starters how they can be everything they have ever wanted to be. I do this in number of ways that include teaching and constantly reinforcing mindset values, creating and fostering a culture that; welcomes uncertainty, embraces challenges, empowers individuals, frames failure as learning and moves away from fire-fighting-crisis-response delivery.

My approach involves getting the right people together, facilitating to collectively develop new strategics, deliver products, services and organisational change initiatives. I have a combination of unstructured and structured approaches that help people think, solve problems, reach agreement, enabling them to make decisions collaboratively, with minimum friction.
